A wonderful win for conservationists

This past Tuesday, February 26th, our hard work and persistent advocacy paid off when the U.S. House of Representatives voted to authorize a giant land protection package, including the permanent authorization of the Land and Water Conservation Fund. More than anything else, this proves that public land still matters to Congress and to many of the Americans they represent.
