One bookshop cafe in Italy is helping to inspire even more young people to take small steps in being more mindful , the Ex Libris Cafe near Salerno, does a fantastic job of this with its bottles for books program. This cafe encourages some environmental mindfulness while also instilling the need to read. Read more here.
