Curbing Food Waste

Feeding your family—or even just yourself—at home for three meals a day, every day can be a daunting task. It can be very helpful to have some ways to avoid numerous trips to the grocery store, the extra costs of take-out and delivery, and food waste.

Take a look at the eight strategies suggested here. Tactics like planning your meals, learning key recipes, and making good use of your freezer can definitely help you to reduce food waste but may also have the added benefit of providing a little peace of mind around mealtime.
