Get Some Rest
For all of us, this week has been a lot. And it follows many, many other weeks that have also been, well, a lot. But this is where we are. So we offer a simple reminder and we know you have heard it many times over the past nine months: take care of yourself. There are too many things that are out of our personal control but we do have ownership of self-care.
