How to Help: Order Early

November 20, 2020

As the holiday season begins, we tend to think more and more about gratitude and gift giving. This year it seems more important than ever to be intentional about those things. Over the next few weeks, we will focus on ways that you can share your gratitude and generosity with the essential workers that are part of your life.

Our first recommendation is to get your orders in and packages out early.  We all know that there is a normal increase in mail and package delivery during November and December but this year we will see an even bigger rise.  Fewer folks will be traveling to hand deliver gifts, a larger volume of packages are already flowing through the system because of COVID, and postal carriers and other delivery workers follow safety procedures that have slowed the process.

How can you help all those essential workers in the delivery business? Make your list now, order those gifts, and to ensure your packages are out earlier than in years past.  Check out this summary of shipping deadlines for 2020.
