We have found ways to ease our anxieties during the off-hours (if there is such a thing when your home is the office).  Zoom happy hours, baking bread, Netflix—these distractions have served their purpose but perhaps they were not the healthiest techniques to utilize.

The Chalkboard recently offered a few mindful tips to help us with working from home (still). They are things you may already know –like communicating your struggles and pacing big assignments to avoid overwhelm—but it’s worth reminding yourself with this quick read.  Our favorite tip is making time to get a bit of daily exercise.  Put on a pair of Vouri joggers—if you haven’t been wearing them since you got up—grab the dogs and go for a walk.  You got this.
