Too Much Trash

July 10, 2019

A report by a global risk group Verisk Maplecroft released last month found that the U.S. produces 12% of global municipal solid waste ― or three times the global average ― despite it representing just 4% of the world’s population. This astounding finding was shared in the Huffington Post recently.  It's always a bit distressing to be reminded of these statistics.  Yet, instead of feeling defeated when we see news like this, we’re even more inspired to take on the challenge of apparel waste.

We’re grateful for the brands and customers - like you - who are tackling these issues with us. Individuals can’t fix this alone but working together we can change the linear systems that are burying us all in waste.
