The winter season has brought new challenges for all of us.  With colder temperatures it's not as easy to have that social-distanced backyard happy hour that helped us connect during the summer or even to step outside for a walk--at least not without gearing up first.  With more time inside, finding ways to maintain your wellness should be a priority.
