Description

The Renewal Workshop seeks a systems administration role to aid in the development of our technology and systems. To support the company with data analytics, reporting, software and business continuity.

 

Qualifications

Specific Role Requirements:

 

Data Analytics and Reporting Support

To ensure that TRW employees have access to data and reports necessary to drive informed decision-making, data is accurate and communicated to internal stakeholders

Create or update dashboards and reports as needed to support marketing, sales, technology, and other business needs

 

Systems Support and Business Continuity

Alleviate Risk of data & business losses due to limited knowledge of systems, Supports the Business Systems Lead Role in knowledgeably and capably addressing technical issues and concerns when the Lead is not available.

Improve & evolve the PLM & ERP software. Interview & capture what works & what doesn't about the systems. Distill user information into specific upgrade spec documentation.

 

Systems Development

Advises into the Systems Road Map with Systems lead for technical requests. Works with software developers on structural changes.

Manages upgrades and testing for functionality

Manages changes to the system on a global level

Sets up new data into the system

 

Service provider Liaison

Manages various service providers with functionality, upgrades, business continuity and improvements.

 

E-Commerce Sites Product Data & Technical liaison

To support TRW marketing, online sales, and business systems technical functionality for the TRW online websites.

Support technical implementation of promotions, marketing plans, and website optimization strategies

Developing requirements and spec for ongoing site improvements

Ensuring the system is connected (websites, ERP, PLM, WMS)

 

Online Marketing Support

Technical management of email, transactional and marketing, deliverability, consistency and accuracy.

Execution of technical aspects of promotions or marketing campaigns

SEO Keyword research, implementation and testing

Manage Analytics (Google Analytics or other analytics programs and ecommerce KPI reporting) within the technology available to us.

Education & Experience Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, plus at least 2 years of related experience, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Requires a proficiency in the administration of databases, e-commerce sites, and enterprise software applications.

Requires a strong working knowledge and proficiency of reporting tools and techniques.

PHOTO STYLIST ROLE


Level:  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Apparel Product Styling, photography is trainable

Description

The Renewal Workshop seeks a full-time Photo Stylist with expertise in product styling, photography and photography software management.


Position Summary:  
This role executes The Renewal Workshop product photography, including styling products, taking and editing photos in Capture One, operating multiple computers, cameras and lighting equipment and managing photos on ecommerce software platforms.   

 

Photo Operations and Styling Role Requirements:

  • Styling the Renewed Apparel in preparation for photo as per TRW photo styling standard
  • Scanning & tracking the product into the TRW system
  • Achieve daily production targets set by the production plan
  • Looks for opportunities to improve and optimize this part of the business for increased effectiveness

 

Photo Tech

  • Ensuring that the images are the correct specs and quality to load onto the website
  • Post-processing of photos - crop, change exposure, and other adjustments.
  • Maintain Product Photo database
  • Managing photo backup routine.

 

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Photo Styling Expertise
  • Photography Experience
  • Knowledge of Capture One a plus
  • Experience in a photo studio or on fashion model shoots

  • Comfortable with set etiquette and directing models
