Wrong size or not quite right for some other reason? No problem. Returns are FREE.
If you don't love your purchase for any reason, return it within 90 days. As soon as we get it back to the factory, we'll issue you a full refund. Depending on different banks rules, it can take up to five business days to show up in your account. Refunds are made to the original payment method for the purchase price.
What happens if you find something we missed or a repair needs a little follow up TLC? We've got you covered for a full year after your purchase. Details are in the Warranty Policy below.

IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE: If you purchased your item May 21st, 2018, we're going to help you out the old-fashioned way. Please email us your Order Number and the RW Number of the item you're returning, the reason and if it's a Warranty issue or straight return at email@example.com. We'll email you back a shipping label and instructions.
The Renewal Workshop Warranty Policy
The Renewal Workshop’s Renewed products are warranted to YOU - the owner of the renewed product - for defects in or damages to the specific repair we made, and/or defects in the whole product for one year after the renewed product was purchased.
If a product fails as per warranted above, we will repair the product without charge or refund your purchase.
TRW’s warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
